Our primary rental unit is a 12x24 ft covered outdoor stage — that's 288 square feet of performance space. The stage includes an aluminum truss roof system with weather-resistant canopy, side access stairs, and optional ADA ramp. Custom configurations are available for larger events.
Yes, every rental includes professional delivery, setup, and teardown by our experienced crew. We arrive early to ensure the stage is ready before your event. Teardown happens after your event concludes. No hidden labor fees.
Yes, we offer optional lighting rigs ($500/day) and sound systems ($900/day) that integrate with the stage. The truss system supports standard stage lighting fixtures and speaker mounts. You can also bring your own equipment — the stage is compatible with standard rigging hardware.
The covered canopy provides protection from sun and light rain. For events during extreme weather, we recommend additional side panels (available as add-on). The stage platform itself is rated for outdoor use and can handle standard Las Vegas weather conditions.
We cover the entire Las Vegas metropolitan area including Henderson, Summerlin, North Las Vegas, and Boulder City. Delivery within 40 miles of our facility is included in the rental price. Beyond 40 miles, a $5/mile transport fee applies.
Daily rate is $2,200/day for short-term rentals (1-7 days). Weekly rate is $8,500/week (saving ~$7,000 vs daily). Monthly rate is $18,000/month for extended installations — ideal for festivals, recurring events, or seasonal venues. All rates include delivery, setup, and teardown.
