Everything you need to know about our corporate events service
For large-scale events (200+ attendees), we recommend 6-12 months advance booking to secure premium venues. For smaller events (under 100), 3-6 months is typically sufficient. During peak convention season (January, March, October), book even earlier. We can accommodate rush requests within 4-6 weeks for an additional fee.
We have established partnerships with 50+ venues across the Las Vegas Valley, including the Las Vegas Convention Center, Mandalay Bay Convention Center, Venetian Expo, Wynn Conference Center, MGM Grand, Caesars Forum, and numerous boutique venues. We also work with outdoor spaces, restaurants, and unique venues like the Neon Museum and Springs Preserve.
Absolutely. Over 30% of our clients are international companies entering the US market through Las Vegas. We provide bilingual event coordination (English, Spanish, Mandarin), assist with customs and shipping logistics for display materials, coordinate with international travel agencies for group bookings, and handle all local compliance requirements.
Our planning fee covers: venue sourcing and negotiation, vendor coordination (catering, AV, decor, entertainment), timeline and logistics management, on-site event management, budget tracking and reporting, and post-event analytics. Vendor costs (catering, AV, etc.) are billed separately at negotiated rates — we pass our volume discounts to you.
While our primary focus is the Las Vegas metropolitan area, we regularly coordinate events in Henderson, Summerlin, and throughout Southern Nevada. For events outside our region, we can provide consulting services and connect you with trusted partners in other cities.
Cancellations more than 60 days before the event receive a full refund of our planning fee (venue deposits follow their own policies). Between 30-60 days, we retain 50% of the planning fee. Under 30 days, the full planning fee is non-refundable. Rescheduling within 6 months incurs no additional planning fees — only venue change costs if applicable.
