We provide a dedicated shipping address in Las Vegas when you book our service. Ship your packages via FedEx, UPS, DHL, or any carrier. We receive, label, and inventory every item. You'll get a confirmation email with photos when your packages arrive.
Standard storage is up to 10 days before your event at no additional charge (included in the service fee). Extended storage is available at $65/month for standard-sized booth materials. Our facility is climate-controlled, secure, and insured.

Yes, we deliver to every convention center, hotel, and event venue in the Las Vegas metropolitan area. This includes the Las Vegas Convention Center, Mandalay Bay, Venetian Expo, Wynn, MGM Grand, and all other venues. Delivery is scheduled to arrive before your setup time.
We track all inbound shipments and alert you immediately if a package is delayed. We maintain relationships with local suppliers who can provide emergency replacements for common booth materials (banners, table covers, etc.) if needed.
Yes, all stored items are covered by our facility insurance up to $10,000 per client. For higher-value inventory, we can arrange additional coverage. We also provide detailed photo documentation of all received items.
